How to Use Simple Blue Spa Purge

Before you change the hot tub water, follow these instructions:

  1. Remove filter(s). Set all valves, including air, to the open position.
    1. Complete the following:
    2. Open pouch
    3. Add ⅓ – ½ of the pouch directly to the water
  2. Activate pumps on full power immediately for 20 minutes to allow good flow
  3. Repeat step 2b at least 2-3 times during the recommended treatment time of 12 hours.
  4. Once the treatment is complete, empty your hot tub and rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
  5. Insert clean filter(s) into your hot tub, clean the cover, refill with fresh tap water, and add a chlorine shock as usual.
  6. Resume standard maintenance.

NOTE: If foam appears during the cleaning process, do not touch or inhale it. Keep cover closed.

DO NOT USE YOUR HOT TUB DURING THIS PURGE PROCESS.
