HOT TUB DELIVERY PICTURES

Congratulations on the Purchase of your Hot Tub!

In order to ensure that your delivery is as smooth as possible, we ask that you submit pictures of the route we will need to take to delivery your hot tub as well as where you want it placed. 

Let’s start with the path our delivery men will use to get to your backyard. Here are a couple of examples:

Next, if the delivery men will need to take the hot tub through a gate or up some stairs, we would like pictures of these along with width measurements to ensure that we can safely pass through the space and that we bring the proper tools.

Lastly, we need to know where the hot tub will be placed.  You’ll want to allow proper space for your cover lifter and ensure the topside control panel is in a convenient location for operation.

All pictures are reviewed by our Delivery Team. If it is determined that a crane is needed, you will be contacted regarding any additional fees and special scheduling will occur.

  • Please enter the location that the hot tub is to be delivered.
  • Please include pictures of the entire route to get to your cement slab/deck/patio. Please include any obstacles (trees, gates, stairs, railing, etc) so that we bring the right tools.
