Simple Blue Filter Cleaner: removes calcium scale, dirt, mineral deposits and debris from the spa’s filter.

Simple Blue Filter Cleaner is an acid based cleaning system designed for both swimming pool and hot tub filters. Deep cleans and removes materials that rinsing alone will not.

How to Use Simple Blue Filter Cleaner

  1. Remove filter and rinse with tap water
  2. Fill a 5 lb bucket with warm water
  3. Add 2 Simple Blue Filter Cleaning tablets
  4. Place the filter submerged in the bucket for at least 1 hour (if your filter is heavily soiled you may need to leave the filter completely submerged for up to 24 hours).
  5. After 1 hour, rinse the filter in the upright position with a strong stream of tap water, working from the top to the bottom.
  6. Insert the filter back into the filter compartment of your hot tub.
    NOTE: If possible, allow the filter to dry before replacing it back into your hot tub. We recommend buying an extra filter to allow for this rotation process.
